For Big Sky Town Center, client Ryan Hamilton envisioned a town that felt like it evolved organically over time to fit community needs and location. Town Center is approximately 30 percent built out and zoned for more than 335,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, according to Town Center Project Manager Ryan Hamilton. Additionally, the area is zoned for 491 single- and multi-family residential opportunities, including 120 residential units in the commercial district, Hamilton said.
